If that's the best argument you guys have against the company, try again.  They have $20 million in cash, sales will start very soon.  Lots of deals in the works.

Would you rather have some unknown CEO and unknown sales guy in the drivers seat, or a team with a track record of success in the alternative beverage market?  These "big guys" will be well worth their weight.  They have the connections, they have the experience, and they will be instrumental to Phivida's success.  Just watch.

I see the same thing.

Very expensive management team. Production and sales have not yet begun ... .there are no margins to sustain their salaries, so they will need constant injections of cashflow going forward for the nearterm.  I'm not saying they're not worth their salaries, i'm just simply saying without sales, it just isnt happening.

This is going to put us in a deficit for awhile, could be a year or better.

Certainly a long hold .... it will pay off, but dont expect any explosive gains anytime soon. VIDA does move with the sector though, so that's a plus. Minimal shorting / little manipulation.
