So FDA has some parameters and therefore some limitation on what these bev comapanies can do . OKI and Phivida are way ahead of anyone in this process and are ready to go. Others will be forced off the shelves . Take a read and understand ..  Oki is not some yoyo group of guys maken stuff in the bath tub !! these guys are pro's and working in the ever changing landscape of this huge market .
