Why would this guy do the interview and NOT bring any product to show?  If the drink is so tasty, would it not make sense to give some out and let the host sample it? James: "wow, this is really good, I would buy it! Definitely!" ... etc I am long the stock so I want it to go up. But, why would one not leverage the free advertising?

It's illegal in Canada.

First off, I think there may be difficulties in bringing a cbd drink into Canada, correct me if I’m wrong, but the Canadian drink will be called canbev and release after October 17? also, Jim said he’d send some over to the host at YouTube studios in Cali

While someone already mentioned "because it is illegal"... people on here need to think about whether they have enough general knowledge to invest. How can you buy this stock and not know the current laws on cannabinoid beverages in Canada? It is unbelieveable how dumb people are.

This company operates in the US. It is a US play. Who cares about Canada.  The fact that shares trade in Canada is irrelevant. I was not really aware that CBD oil is illegal in Canada because this company is selling its product in US, so I did not even look into it. I have no interest in companies operating in Canada. Nonethless, many US investors will see this interview. He should have ...more

I’m Canadian, CBD has been legal here for a long time. What is being worked out are edibles (the foodsafe aspect of non cannabis ingredients) which will be penned up for sales in the fall (1 year after rec). Phivida has a JV with WeedMD in Canada so they are poised to pounce on the market once its open.  CBD and THC extracts have been legal recreationally in Canada for a while now. Whoever ...more

This company operates out of Canada you moron. Vancouver, BRITISH COLUMBIA. CBD and THC-infused drinks are still illegal in Canada - for now. A lot of clueless people on this thread.  Been following Phivida since early 2018 and come on stockhouse solely from chrome’s input as he’s been here since the beginning. Now that it’s picking up steam it’s filing up the bullboard with lots of trash ...more

What’s the point of this? Their headquarters and office is here in Canada, so what? Don’t fool yourself canbev will be nickles compared to how much their products will bring in from markets like California, New York and Florida. They’ll build a brand from those markets. Canada will be like 5% of  revenue stream

simple, because Phivida is more of a US play, that’s a complete no brainer. October edibles will be legal here in Canada, but knowing the Farm Bill and state legislations is infinitely more meaningful and influential to this company. My question is how do you invest in this stock if you don’t understand US regulations
Comment by THEPUMPPROPHET on Apr 05, 2019 4:42pm
Who the hell are you? I never said anything about US regulations - I understand them and have made MORE MONEY than you EVER WILL off weed stocks (Canopy at $2.94, BOOM.) So shut your yapper.
Comment by IcarusTrust on Apr 05, 2019 8:23pm
I’m sure you have a bigger cAck too lol listen here keyboard warriors, Phivida is strategically a US play. Now go count you Canopy money at your mansion with your fancy car and get on the billboards and tell people whom you don’t even know you made more money than then  fAcking goof
Comment by FallenAngel2017 on Apr 05, 2019 10:10pm
Lol. Canopy is a Canadian play. I think the comment was about understanding US laws and DD. Glad you made money off Canopy but irrelevant. You sound irrational.
Comment by FallenAngel2017 on Apr 05, 2019 2:30pm
Edibles not legal in Canada yet, but soon. Cannot bring CBD over the border. It is illegal. Phivida has a JV with WMD in Canada for Canbev. Due to Canadian law, CBD companies are required to JV with an LP.
