Yes.   My research shows the same.  He’s trying to make extra money as the loser is selling now instead of higher.  Trying to short and dump.  Wish he would remove Phivida from his linkedin.  Absolute scum

Not justifying what he is doing, just trying to understand and learn. Isn't he allowed to sell at whatever price he wants?  i.e. not maximize his returns?   If he is in cahoots with people shorting the stock than wouldn't that be illegal? Again, even dumping at .44 I suspect that he is still coming out with a significant profit, just not as much as if he was selling at 0

Insider trading shows it was Belfontaine  no one else is selling  FDA only requires a statement not even legalizing and boom we are in stores all over America.   Canada announcement this week for legalizing edibles and beverages.  Gonna be fun times Jim just needs to execute on his vision
