Phivida says its drinks will be sold in more than 100 stores across Colorado. However, Safeway says that is all pending FDA approval.

This is a little bit conflicting with the article i read a couple posts down on the BB. Im sure that one just said they were going to be sold in stores in cali and colorado starting monday while this one makes it sound likes its still totally up in the air. Some clarity would be great.

Clarity or not, this is massive publicity for a micro cap!

IR said the stores are not the safeways as they confirmed safeway is waiting on FDA approval for food and bevs.  They wouldn't currently name the stores that are starting distribution as they don't currently have permission.
