I am not talking about the prospectus but PKK management discussion in 2020-2-21 on Sedar;  That's the reason why SEC not giving his greeen light And that probably what OSC reviewing IMO

Misleading SEDAR filling as a 40F is a cut and paste of Canadian filling; Up to now - no amendement was filled in Canada -  That is why OSC don't give the go ahead TENET received a T12 halt - ...more

Wasn't too bad. The main root of the problem is we need that 30 million financing closed to move at the pace intended. OSC and NASDAQ slow-walking is costing us quicker progress. Thus the slowdown ...more
