The big players in Lithium will be wanting more assurances regarding regulations, permitting and metallurgy/processing and possibly PEA.

Once these questions are answered, the share price will already be 5-8x current value. If management is anywahere near accurate and this can produce in the range of 50,000 tpa LiCO3, the NPV is going to be multi billion. So once the PEA is completed, let the games begin.

ALSO, insiders own about a 1/3 of the company. A buyout will only happen with majority shareholder approval.
