what Digingdeep (conveniently (hyprocite leftish)) forgot to mention is that the whole "Puno-consultation" is part of a much larger interview with La Republica (leeeeeeeeeeeeeftish) in which he attacked the referendum that just took place in Peru regarding judicial power. He criticized the outcome so fiercely, calling his own compatriots quite stupid and ignorant and asking for a new referendum on changing the entire Constitution of Peru, which happens to be one of the most modern and liberal in the world. And the leftish press broke the interview down into small pieces which then are used by Digingdeep (hey, there's like a pattern for some time now).
