Shareholders are rightly upset. The comapny has also had several days to at least provide an update on this grave siruation. They should have had a press release issued on Monday morning.

To leave shareholders speculating and in the dark for several days is just plain wrong. 
Explain the sitaution clearly and honesty. Provide a plan, if one even exists, and tell us what changes you have made to the management team in Lima to make sure this never happens again. Tell us how you intend to recover.

Being quiet just increases the specualtion and misinformation. And CEO.ca is about as bad a site as there is for misinformation. Otto Rock at Inka Kola, hate him if you will, is hands down always the most accurate source.
