RE:RE:Link to company release Incredible. These serious issues were happening fully a year ago and PLU management and the board kept it covered up and never told shareholders a thing. That is criminal. This was very material news that had to be disseminated to the market. 

They coveerd it up and hoped a sucessful appeal would just keep them keep operating, with none of us the wiser. 

Credibiity of this management team is gone.
