John, thank you for sharing, but we already know their opinion. Look at the jurisprudence (similar cases) mentioned in my previous posts. Ingemmet will soon issue Resolutions declaring the cancellation of Guillermo 4 and Guillermo 4A, which will be conffirmed by Minem (Mining Council) based on the legal arguments you have already detailed. That administrative process will take approximately one year, and until it ends no auction will be held for Ocacasa 4.

After that, as was also mentioned in my previous posts, I assume that Mr. Guillermo Guevara will start a judicial process in which a judge will decide which is the correct interpretation of the law, regardless of what the opinion of Minem's lawyers is.
