Juan, Have you found any relationship between PLU and Minera Colibri mentioned in the Presidential Resolution N° 0464-2019-INGEMMET/PE, through which INGEMMET resolved to declare the expiration of 32 PLU mining rights?
 
It seems really weird and unusual that both companies waited for the last day and deadline to secured the most valuable asset of a mining company (the mining properties).  That is insane.

Regarding this "relationship", well, it seems your intuition is sharper than mine... just found that Macusani Yellowcake SAC" and "Minera Colibri SAC" are indeed related: both have Ulises Raul Solis Llapa as general manager, both have the same legal address (Jr. Giovanni B. Lorenzo Berni Nro. 279 - San Borja, Lima) and were founded the

Hi Juan, So the same guy is responsible in both cases and in the first case the mining claims were revoked. Is this correct?

Yes, it's correct. But you have to take into consideration that both cases aren't identical. While it's true that in the first case (Minera Colibri SAC) Ulises Solis presented the accreditation request (with the payment vouchers) the day after the deadline (06/30/2016), in the second case (Macusani Yellowcake SAC)  he presented the accreditation request (with the payment vouchers)

It seems a tragicomedy that after the first instance this individual was not fired or at least forbidden to handle paying for the claims, and has seemingly made the same mistake with a multi billion dollar deposit - albeit doing a slightly better job which will hopefully result in us retaining the claims. Only in the crazy world of junior mining!

As a shareholder with significant amount of stocks I am terrified to here this kind of stories, this the management must take care of and never let happen again and its unbelievable that could happen at all..
