Right of Validity and Penalty

The Validity Fees and Penalties is the annual payment that title holder has to do to keep the property in good standing. Every year the Validity Fees and Penalties (if applicable) of such year has to be paid until June 30.

The deadline for Validity Fees and Penalty for the year 2019, is June 30, 2019.

The fact that a company can avoid payment for one year sometimes can be a perverse incentive. Some companies accumulate two years and then fail in the payment the second year (like happened to PLU) and then loose the property for late payment.

Fail in payment for two consecutive years cause the expiration of the property.

So strictly and a conservative decision is to pay the Validity Fees and Penalties every year in the current year the obligation is payable so you secure your asset and dont put your assets in risk.
