Sound advice. Here are the facts we know. The stock is halted and has been since Friday. That fact alone iis shocking.  The halt appears to be linked to the failing to make timely conession payments on concessions in Peru.  That last part alone is inexcusable and reflects such a gross level of incompetence by the management and the board to be breathtaking.  How it all gets
