TIME TO CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Following the PLU debacle in Peru, I think shareholders should now demand major chnages in management and in the Lima team. Both Laurence Stefan and Alex Holmes should be dismissed with cause.

I have read the company's timelines on events, and yes although unfortunate, it was mishandled and could have been prevented. The disclosure to shareholders was also seriously compromised and poorly handled.

With so much value destruction at the feet of these two people, that demands a change. The board should do the right thing and fire them both, announce new management and a plan for moving forward.

It's the right thing to do and would send a positive signal to the market that the company is refocusing and did react to this terrible event.
