INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT

Why is this team still running this disaster? The entire title crisis falls on the shoulders of the people managing this comapny. Yet they are still here. Why? 

Hundreds of foreign companies operate in exploration in Peru and none has stumbled and messed up like these people at PLU. None. 

And it all really falls on the incompetent Peruvian manager - Lawrence Stefan -  who dropped the ball on his watch. Tha';s why is is paid so much of our shareholder money.  The equally incompetent CEO Holems should have fired him when this first exploded and demonstrated that gross incompetence will not be tolerated and that the C-suite is quick to make the required changes .
They all faild and let the shareholders down.
