What I hope is happening is that some bigger company is buying BRX out.  They have some decent properties with potential, such as the Montney and in the Viking, but no funds to do any work on ...more

This could be an orchestrated liquidity event. Various groups I know of have looked at BRX - and don't even see shell value from it, due to the debt it's carrying.   Jim
