RE: Potential No they certainly do NOT have what they use to have!!
They failed to re-negotiate the surface rights to the land that contained the (supposed) Montney pool and the ERCB forced an abandonment of the two wells that they did drill in the Peace River Arch…this means that they will have to pay the ERCB back for the forced abandonment & put down BEFORE they can do ANYTHING!!! This is in addition to owing all the contractors that worked on those well. I’m afraid ‘Ricky Madoff’ is going to need a lot more than ‘a good promo/corp development guy’ to move this company forward…IMHO
