I agree , If this backs off a bit more before there upcoming press release I will add more . Very cheap at these Valuations . A great dividend and so much potential. Emerging markets will out perform

With a reasonalbe multiple of 5 times 2012 CFPS of $8.71, this stock would be trading at a reasonable $43....double the current price. Once the market feels that the water issues are under control and
