Obviously, to anyone who has done DD on PMG, there are many factual errors in the report, especially concerning long term royalties, Ecopetrol, etc., and since it's three years removed, the FARC menace is probably minimized, by now. What I found interesting, among many points, was the "80% of 1.1 billion barrels" still undeveloped, at Orito. Think it also helps to know the potential risk still exists, for FARC attacks & disruptions.
