In the last 12 months I would venture to say the share buyback program has done nothing for the share price decline from Nov. 2011 of $20.00 to Nov. 2012 of $7.50? The quote from the last press release below? 

"Our 2012 per share results are positively impacted by our share repurchases in 2012. To date we have repurchased and cancelled 15 percent of our outstanding common shares (14.9 million shares) of which 2.3 million shares were repurchased in the third quarter at an average price of CDN$8.86."

Maybe they should concentrate of stopping the decline in production and start finding some oil? I am a tired investor and becoming more impatient with this management group!
