The Company is focused on generating and developing antibody therapeutics selectively targeting toxic misfolded proteins in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and multiple system atrophy (MSA), an alpha-synucleinopathy. Its proprietary target discovery engine applies a thermodynamic, computational discovery platform - ProMIS and Collective Coordinates - to predict novel targets known as Disease Specific Epitopes on the molecular surface of misfolded proteins. Using this approach, the Company is developing novel antibody therapeutics for AD, ALS and MSA. Its product portfolio includes PMN310 / Amyloid-beta, PMN267 / TDP-43, and PMN442 / Alpha-synuclein.  Here is my impression of value... OK think back  6-7 months .. what was our ace in the sleeve .. it was PMN310 and at this point we can only compare ourselves to Biogen, because they were the only ones out there that had anything close to what we are trying . Biogen has bad news .. we are painted with the same brush and we start to take on water.  Without notice Biogen is back in the limelight , even though there are still alot of sceptics, there seems to be some real positive indicators coming from FDA  with a fast track application . Skip ahead  and we are given news that PMN is now working with  a worldclass BC lab to produce an blood based AD test.  So that forces a person to research .. " how many other companies are working on blood based AD tests and more specfically ones that are suited for " amyloid science " . You indicated that you have been here since the beginning and I would assume that if you are still here you and I and others have confidence in one basic given " Dr. Neil Cashman 's work" .  If he is pushing the process then there is a very good chance that it will work.  So now the compnay has added value and by this type of value is that now we have more valued science in our pipeline. lets bring the 3rd aspect in .. the development of the vaccine with a world class facility at  U of S. The compnay statement now reflects the direction it is moving... " Detect.. Treat .. and Protect " against AD. Again I ask, with these three components... is someone going to have to pay more or will there be the possibility of a bidding war. Lets add the most recent thing... this morning Biogen in its presentsation said that prior to people receiving the treratmewnt , they will be tested for AD amyloids for slelctive treatment ... and like mole101 brought up ... who could  have a really good  blood test that will be much easier and cheaper to administrate than  brain scans or the intrusive CSF tests,
Now are we more valuable in the last six months .. another thing was that it was rumored that Giovannazzi brought forward a offer from an unknown party. Others implied that PMN refused the offer for various reasons. Gino leaves and there appears to be a surge of shares being unloaded which many assume is him trying to teach PMN a lesson for not taking the offer ( whihc we still dont know happenend or details) , This made sense to me and seemed the that could happpen,, but a few weeks ago I lerarned that at about this same time the compnay was apporaching  individuals on the q.t. to see if they wanted in on a special placement at .12 . So I ask my self , in the past wasnt it common for shareholders to unload shares and rebuy into PP. This way they gave leverage in that the .12 could look really sweet in the furture if PMN suddenly is back in play. Now this made me think , maybe Gino didnt sell his shares. Gino was lureds to the compnay for one reason. his expertise in rolling back shartes, increasing ther value of the stock and to go to Nasdaq. Well we dont need to go to Nasdaq and I think this was a hot topic  with longtime shareholders  a year or 2 ago and it was pretty convincing ... We DO NOT Want the shares to be consolidated.
So my investigative side wonders .. Gino left  and is it possible we could see another offer  come to PMN and maybe its been put together under the guidence of Gino. Why would he still be hanging around... well my thinking is that with his insdie working knwoledge of what PMN has , what they are doing and the progress.... " THIS COMPANY IS VERY VALUABLE" and many people know this .If Biogen gets a nod from the FDA  advisory group... hold onto your socks PMN is going up in value even more ...

Many are concerned about money going to the executives and board... well I think maybe it took me a while to realize something... the revolving group of executives out there are all in this for one thing .. how much money can I make for me and my friends. and move on and repeat .. the shareholders unfortunatley are secondary in all of these decisions.

So I hope that explains my rationale about why I think the company has gained value.
