I thought this poster had some interesting data. The selectivity data for PMN310 continued to look impressive, and the other two antibodies also looked pretty good.
The A-syn data for aggregation (lower graph) looked really compelling. The PMN310 data, not so much, but that does not rule out the general benefit of toxic amyloid beta binding and clearance. It just indicates that the amyloid beta aggregation pathway might involve more than just the site targeted by PMN310.
I need to read up on the toxicity mechanisms to learn more, but overall, the poster looked pretty solid to me. Well done PMN.
