Goldstein and fraud.
Over the passage of time being the past 6 years since Goldstein and Williams took the reins of PMN, it's clear to see Goldstein is a Joe Biden clone. No talent, no marketable skills other than a compulsive liar which is not a marketable quality, no business accumen, deceptive information if you are ever able to engage him in a conversation, no deals and the list goes on.
I believe he has been shown the door by our group of new investors, in fact I believe this recent deal was contingent on Goldstein being stripped of his authority until the AGM where he will be forced to step down.
Its been a long slog with PMN but with the proper people in place PMN has a bright future ahead of it. I agree with TopBroker. The entire board has to go with the exception of Cashman and Plotkin. Its even questionable as to wether Plotkin is still involved in an offical capacity with PMN any longer.
