I am not one to create controversy but I invite everyone to send both gene and Elliott an email and ask them why we have not heard about the Immsafe serology test.. why we have not heard anything about the collaboration with the auzzies on the als. In both cases the other part of the equation is offering the product or has revealed that PMN is collaborating with them on the project .. if they are holding back this info there better be a huge reason

I have already tried that RC, Same with me. They used to get back to me on each email within 2 hrs. But tnow haven't heard reply in 6 months.

I would not expect anyone to respond in the near term. Reverse consoldations only work if you have good news going forward otherwise the stock price will be slowly whittled back to pre-consoldation prices, which is nasty to be part of especially if you're holding is of size. I doubt any news will be forthwith until such consoldation happens. We are at the mercy of deep pocket investors who

Yes, the pr today states that a higher PPS would benefit the company in attracting more investors and increase liquidity. Yet they are quiet on all these good seemingly material developments that would likely increase the PPS if announced.  It makes no sense to me, unless someone on the inside wants to suppress PPS to maximize consolidation ratio followed by selling more shares to dilute

Will they screwed up on this Form 8k, i can't belive how investors are fired up. No information for how long?  I have been saying for a long time PR suppression, no problem with the Boston family throwing millions into this company because they have certain information and don't tell me they do so without certain information. So is this the final journey  a stradegy with the

Yes if the consolidate 60 to one a 7 million float  then quickly do a large PP for 4 or 5 million shares around consolidated or higher prive and voila that group with warrants etc owns over half of this company knowing exactly where they are going.We still own are piece now but not the big piece

Now why would the Boston group quickly do a another PP. Last month when they presented at a conference page 3 Summary " Recently completed 20.15 million financing, fully funded through 2022, to IND Filing for lead program" Owe they snuck another corporate update yesterday October 22, 2021 three down on there homepage not at the top, wow what a bunch. No mention of above financing.
