Market's been open for two hours now. No trades on PMN. It does not look to be halted. Thoughts?

Ask someone that has Level 2 trading they can see whats happening on the asks and bids .. there may be a huge block set up around 9 $ and not enough available at the lower levels to force a drop in the share price ..

Not the first time, and I like it. Anything that even remotely suggests the Golstein era shares are drying up. But I think it's just the markets busy elsewhere with another bull trap rally.
