On a pre cosidelation basis this stock worth $0.026 cdn cents. $1.16 US DIVIDED BY 60 X 1.36
That's a real mess AND GUESS WHAT they probably grab millions as pay check for 2023.

Yes you are correct and this board lets the corrupt group dictate terms of financing and how and when they will do it. Most pathetic Biotech on the Nasadaq . No CEO or board member has ever thought about the shareholders or those that got them to this point.
