Directors compensation
We pay them why? Worst bunch of management on the NASDAQ. This should be performance based compensation and not receiving high salaries and crazy stock options for being greedy.

Yes , you're correct but it's always been a scheme nothing but a bloated paycheck and trips to conventions but never a deal , but look what Gail the Fail states we raised 20 million and saved $10,000 delisting on the other exchange . I am down 97% on long hold and the way management comes across that I should be excited. I wonder why never any class action lawsuits on past management
