RE:I amDividend will be about 6%, paid Quarterly, so first ex Div date should be end of March early April, with payout in the next 20 days. The payoutt is 50% of free cash flow, so as rents in malls decrease over time, assuming they do and the malls aren't converted to other uses, the dividends will drop.
