Macro indicates down. Pelosi insider info indicates up. Would like to top it off with some chart voodoo analysis.

With this one you best focus on the free cash flow and not the unit price. Or, just stop buying garbage? Cut your loss oif its garbage at this valuation.

incorrect. i like this valuation. this is literally the perfect security for old people. let the old people have their real estate security. i tell every old person who asks to buy this. old people need capital preservation and cash yield. at this valuation, with the underlying assets, your capital, with a reasonable time preference, is well protected - with double digit ROI and cash yield of ~6%

This is like the real estate gem no one knows about.  On paper its solid.  I have too much already at $13.60 avg and now want to see some capital gains.
