Just SayingWith Pure Industrial being taken out....  Why not this one? They are undervalued (P/E less than 8 and P/Book -0.7) They have a great portfolio. I keep hearing they are moving to the TSX. Milestones was a good example. I think this is possible and if it doesn't happen, this is going to recover well in 2018 giving a double digit gain when you add in the dividends. Whats not to like???
