Hi there,

I am looking to buy this stock, looks like it has huge potential.  One question - there were some insider sells close to $1.00.  Was that due to insiders getting in on private placement...  I am not here to bash the stock, just trying to fully research it before investing.

Thanks for all your help...  Is it a good buy at the .66 level...
