Hard to say what is going on... I would guess they are working with the guys who rejected the AKG deal which IMO was a mistake for both AKG and PMV.. I am pretty sure right now they would like a do over... and who knows AKG is going to put a mine close to them.. so why not work with them .. crazy how the big boys think... but also got a major down grade today
