JMI contacted JM to find out if NOVX is still sending product to them for refining. This was their reply:
"NovX21 is processing ceramic auto catalysts for its own business and is sending its semi finished product for refining at Johnson Matthey and other refiners".
Interesting that they are sending some to other refiners too. No word whether its for free as someone had posted previously.
