WHY ASK FOR MCTO ?
WHY ASK FOR MCTO ?MCTO is used to restrict the sale or PURSHASE of shares by a member of the management team. The company wants to protect itself of any future insider trading claims.
Now, since management doesn't have any shares to sell.....(SEDI records)
One can only come to the conclusion that the MCTO request is to prevent the PURSHASE of shares based on a coming news....
