I've spoken to the CEO and apparently the Chépica is on course to be in production this year bringing in good cash flow. Not that he would likely say otherwise, but he seemed quite confident the share price would start heading up soon.

Also if you look at the past few months there has been a ton of insider buying at levels higher than this.

I think for now this is a hold and wait. Seems to be a good entry point as well as every time this starts to go a bit lower shares get bought up bringing it back into the upper 60s.
