it was bad management that's all,selfish people who don't care about the shareholders,possibly able to take some form of legal action,but I went thru this about two decades ago with a stock tip from a friend,so it was bad advice and I shoulds of known better,but these things will be a lesson learned for the shareholders of this company,and for the future you guys will be smarter,so glta.
