I'm not so sure, the sell program house 085 has running seems to be designed to
keep a lid on the price.  EVERYTIME COQ trades up, house 085 peppers it down again.  For
example, someone just bought the 0.095 and 0.10 and immediately after the 0.10 was touched
house 085 sells a number of small orders at 0.09.  Perhaps a cheap financing at 0.10 cents
is coming and insiders want to keep the price down here until they get the 10 cent PP price 
guaranteed by the exchange.  Thoughts?
