RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:not worth the effortChet Morrison is the creditor for some, maybe most, of Rooster's debt.

It is not surprising that a senior shareholder, on the board, loans money to a small corporation that needs liquidity. I own shares in MLR, which recently got financing from Pala Corp, who owns about 50% of the total shares in that company.

If you see the change in the COQ credit structure as part of a plot for Morrison to take over the assets of the company (which he already owns 80% of) I am not sure how many other conspiracy theorists you will find out there among shareholders or investors.
