Tbh I don't think the company knows how long, theyre just told to wait until approval or review. I think that it was underestimated how long it would take. I think once they get HC License it will affect SP in a positive manor due to the fact that they can literally start selling that day. The company is already set to run all they need is this license, and a quarterly report and things will be green for us all.
