Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated July 9, 2020, effective at the close of business on Friday, Aug. 20, 2021, the common shares of Pure Global Cannabis Inc. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange as a result of the company's failure to maintain exchange requirements.
