Lack of licence begs the question - WHY..????

You answered your own question, I don't know why you're asking: "Government people in Canada don't work very hard, most are stoned, making mistakes, sleeping, and eating chips" LOL Wise

Wise, putting jokes aside about Government employees, I am asking a harder question relating to the unknown inside PURE - WHY.  PURE hasn't put out a press release since way back in November, they haven't bothered updating shareholders, and now the sell order is growing at $0.17. Let's hope this turns soon or we are sure to see lower price soon. At least the volume is low but ...more

I agree it took longer than expected to get the sales license. but don't forget that Holidays was part of the processing period which is a couple of weeks added to regular processing time. I'm still optimistic to get license this week. then we say bye to below 0.20's.

With no info from the comapny since his interview on Midas report, it is really hard to tell. He once said something about "minimal comments" from the inspectors.... makes me wonder how minimal, especially when he kept saying "weeks away"... and they have at least cut expeses in 1 area, they are no longer clearing through the DTC on the US OTC side. Im not sure what savings ...more

This is definitely becoming a concern and I think a news release should go out to let investors concerns be addressed. They must have some communication happening with HC so that they know the status of their license. I’m sure that management itself is quite concerned as well because they need to continue paying staff and probably already have all the product ready for shipment. What if their ...more

Just read this morning, the average time frame for HC to issue a license is around 11 months. So dont hold your breath for PURE. https://www.fool.com/investing/2018/06/09/canadas-under-the-radar-marijuana-supply-problem.aspx

They already had the Pre-License sales inspection done on Oct29th so it will be coming soon. HC just doing the paper work and holiday season was probably main reason for any delays. We should see something soon.

Once they visit the facilities, it takes a few weeks, that's why the timeframe was around december 21st after the inspection in october. PURE technology is more complex than the average producers, that's why it takes more time to release their license. IMHO Wise

I agree  Pure is more of a technology driven producer and just maybe under more scrutiny with dosage limits, purity and proper packaging. Curious as to how the lottery system will effect companies like Pure right now. Definetly need some type of news soon i would say.Nice to see a small bump today for sure
