I think there is a big chance coming Friday they get the license. If not for sure the next Friday as they already received confirmation from HC that they are compliant and that their file has forwarded to Ottawa for Committee decision and issuance of oil sales license.

That would be good, but they absolutely need to raise capital. I assume financing will be quite dilutive, but imo the company is trading at such a low price already that the ability to stay solvent will be seen as a positive.

I hope they get a non dilutive loan. May be a month ago I heard they are working on getting a non dilutive construction loan to complete phase 3 but I don't know any details. I heard again recently that they will get a loan mid-September but also no details if I get any info I will share. And I'm wondering if they changed their mind again about announcing the international deal until after ...more

What I know is that CEO was against any dilutive financing options because of low SP. And I heard that when our SP was in the low 0.20's. I guess now that we are below 0.10 they will make their best to find other options to get money. I hope that mid September construction loan is non dilutive. Financier may accept to finance based on mortgage equity and ROI study. Don't forget that they ...more

All of their financings are ultimately dilutive. A binding LOI might help, if it's a good deal.
