Behind the scenes
There has to be something going on with not only PRG but GQC as well. The Prez and Co. have said all of the right things but this has taken a lot longer than it should have. I hope the Gov isn't trying to get the Juniors to pony up more $$ to make this fly. Eventually you have to ask what their intentions are and make a decision if the DR is truly a " mining friendly" country, or just friendly with one major miner.
