How can the geologist in charge agree to such an irrational decision to drill at any place just to see if the drill works?  I surely can not believe  this excuse!  
There is something going on which is definitely not in the interest of the shareholders which already were badly hurt by the BARRICK DEAL last year in which Precipitate management  gave 70%  ownership of its company away to BARRICK for 10 Million lousy dollars!
NOW,  it looks like they intentionally produced a lousy drilling result at Ponton,which has all the geological  potential to become  another  deposit  like Pueblo Viejo, and then stop drilling to delay the drilling at places were the ought have drilled in the first place to have success!
What weird game is played here? Not even stupidity could be an excuse!
At both places there is an excellent chance to find multi million or even billion gold copper deposits!

PRG only gave the POSSIBILITY of a 70% share of Pueblo Grande to Barrick, IF Barrick achieve drilling targets + pre-feasibility study inside a 6 year window.  If this is not done, Barrick get nothing. Ponton and Juan de Herrera are both outside this agreement with Barrick. So it's early days to write off PRG.  But with the amount of gold in the DR, I would not be surprised if they

Thank you or your explanation! So it is only 70% of the Pueblo Grande asset not 70% of the Precipitate stock? If this is correct than the picture improves somewhat but the deal could have been much better! 10 Million is not really hard to get!

Yes, Pueblo Grande is the only asset that Barrick are involved in ... it's on the web site home page - see https://www.precipitategold.com. Barrick wanted Ponton to be included in the deal, but PRG said NO. I think the two best assets could be Pueblo Grande and Juan de Herrera, because both are adjacent to proven gold deposits.  Ponton may or may not be a good site, but the other 2 have

Ponton is geologically in the same formation as Pueblo Viejo and has the same alteration characteristics as Pueblo Viejo! Plenty of gold sampled in the outcrops as well! With one word it looks geologically like Pueblo Viejo before it was discovered! The potential for another large deposit is a no-brainer! IMHO it is the best target Precipitate has got because they own it 100%!
