RE:More insiders buying!! again the Desmarais and directors So the Desmarais family bought another 41,311 shares on April 26/16 @ $3.65 (US $'s) per share. Using a conversion rate of 1.255 that equates to a CDN value of $4.58/share. Again, these guys know what they are doing. The Desmarais family are now the largest controlling interest in PSG. Also, the Desmarais Family are the driving force behind Sagard Capital. IMHO - this has been the time to accumulate as PSG will either get taken much higher in share price or will be an appealing buyout target./ok2
