I think they are just late in filling that form because of new ceo and new management. It could require quite a long  time to make the switch between managements I think. The price drop is because it raises concern of them defaulting.. Hope I'm right

the stock went form 20$ to 1.55$ in a year1 Now the question i'm asking myself is : are you blind or what? don't you see something is wrong here? But hey its just my guess feel free to buy more my friend. GLTA

I don't know my friend I'm new to the stock market but I see those dips as good opportunities. I bought a little more at 2,20$ to average down but don't worry for me I have a very small position in this company. It was like 2 weeks ago they appointed Paul Desmarais III to the board so let's give them a little more time to turn this around. I expect to sell this stock not before
