I haven't seen that stated anywhere. Is that from talking with the company? How much do they plan on shipping by rail in the future? The problem right now is the virtual total breakdown in WCS/WTI pricing. WCS was $36 below WTI the other day, and given where WTI is that could mean sub $50 oil for PXL. This may have been the reason for the financing. Bank of America also believes WTI could collapse to $50 in the next two years due to the shale boom.
