Environmental Study on Keystone released

The Environmental study was released this afternoon and it states that any impact will be minimal.

One of WEE's problems has been that Canadian oil prices fell as low as below $50, per barrel, in December; over $50 below world oil prices. As WEE's MD&A stated should this persist it may result in installs being shut off as industry rationalizes production. Canadian oil juniors have been hit very hard as has WEE.
