Doubt its a buy out as news like this seldom stays under wraps and we would have seen share appreciation and accumulation like so often happens.   If anything would be more of a merger that see's little value added other then make a bigger company.   Should have called management today to see what they would say, maybe next week.

Buy out or change of management. Either one will help this falling stock and poorly managed company. At some point we need to be told the truth of this company.
